For over 30 years, Source Office Furnishings has been offering our customers the best value in high-quality office furniture with 12 locations throughout Canada and our online services.

Despite the success we’ve had in our growth, Source had never had a clearly expressed differentiator to set us apart from our competition. Additionally, our logo was outdated and didn’t reflect our ability to help our customers adapt and grow.Our goal was to develop a brand story that resonates with our current customers and will appeal to new customers, as well as get a new creative direction that will assure our customers we are poised to meet their needs now and in the future.

Red Rocket’s winning proposal for our RFP clearly illustrated they not only understood what we were looking for, but also had a great deal of experience in helping companies like ours achieve those goals. They took the time to talk to our staff and understand our company, and presented thoughtful, creative brand options (exhibiting great patience in each round). They showed empathy and persistence in navigating resistance to the new brand due to emotional attachment to the previous logo and were organized, transparent and communicative throughout the journey.
